Sales have risen to 33 homes sold over the last 30 days in the Brazos County market. But sellers can expect more competition, due to a three-week upward trend in homes coming into the market, now up to 39 for the same period. There are four months of inventory remaining in Brazos County, and the market is swinging toward the seller, but that may be offset as the median sales price dropped to $189,000 this week.
